Outdoor Adventurers

As part of our enhanced outdoor learning provision our children enjoy regular 'Outdoor Adventurers' sessions with Mr Styles our specialist PE teacher throughout the year. 

The children spend half a day, each half term outside in our wonderful grounds. They undertake a range of activities such as: 

• Orienteering
• Team Building Challenges 
• Problem Solving Challenges 
• Climbing 
• Balancing 
• Den Building 
• And much much more...

These opportunities help our children to develop in the following ways 

• Speaking and listening skills 
• Logical thinking and problem solving 
• Turn taking 
• Co ordination skills
• Gross motor skills 
• Resilience and Perseverance  
• Team work
