Visits and Experiences that Enhance our Curriculum
At AHPS we carefully plan trips, visitors and experiences to ensure they have meaning and purpose to our children's learning. We want these opportunities to bring the children's learning to life and to help them to secure their understanding of the key concepts they are taught.
Trips are reviewed regularly to ensure they are the very best opportunities to support our children's learning. Therefore they are subject to change.

In addition to the above, our children also have opportunities to compete in sporting events at local secondary schools and sports centers. This widens their experiences of a range of sports through sporting partners such as 'Coventry Games West'.
We also aim to engage in musical events through 'Coventry Music'. This may be through visiting musicians to the school or musical showcases staged at Butterworth Hall at Warwick Arts Centre.
