Reading

Below is an an overview of our planned reading provision in the case of remote learning. Reading is very important to us at AHPS. It is a subject and a skill that we value highly. 

We will be supporting reading through SeeSaw, our online learning platform. We have outlined the whole school provision below. We will deliver daily phonics recorded sessions, stories will be read to children by their teachers and TAs and comprehension and Novel Study activities will also be uploaded.

We have also shared an overview of how reading can be supported by families at home through services such as the schools library service.
